Meet the Napier Lodge Team
Andrea
Registered Care Manager
Andrea is a level 5 trained Care Manager and provides front-of-house management for our team of staff, ensuring CQC Standards are met.
She will be your first point of contact at Napier Lodge and will guide you through the admissions process from your initial enquiry, through health assessments, and moving in to the home.
Donna
Admin Manager
Donna works along side Andrea to ensure residents and staff are happy. Her focus is on the admin side of the business including maintaining standards and keeping training and qualifications up to date.
In addition to the daily home administration, Donna manages business development and works along Andrea to find new ways to help residents and improve their quality of life.
Emma
Lead Care Worker
Emma is one of our lead care workers, and looks after residents needs at the home. She has a BA Level 6 in Health & Social Care and is currently studying for her Masters Degree. Emma is also has an MSc in Dementia Care and is our dementia champion.
Diane
Lead Care Worker
Diane is a lead care worker who has been a part of the Napier Lodge family many years, and is well loved by our residents.
Diane is trained in a wide range of social care specialisms including end-of-life, dementia, stroke, MS, and Parkinsons.
